3/10 – Not great and did not feel like going to the gym but thought it may help and had not idea what I would do otherwise. I went and did what felt like an angry 45 minutes on the bike. I sat in the lounge afterwards responding to a massive overwhelming response to a status about my mental health on Facebook yesterday. Though very appreciate of the messages I did find it hard to deal with as not used to speaking (messaging) to so many people at once. The support I have received has been incredible and I will never forget those who have made a comment, messaged me, or simply liked my post. Thank you.
